Job Description:

Building Surveyor role with partnership opportunity within a few years for the right individual. Join an independent Construction Consultancy with over 40 years' expertise and a team of 22 professionals. Focus on contract administration and specification writing for commercial property projects with clients such as Royal Mail.

Job Responsibility:

Contract administration
Specification writing for a wide variety of projects
Focus on commercial property space

Requirements:

MRICS qualified ideally (not essential)
RICS accredited degree
A construction consultancy background (essential)
Confident in contract administration and spec writing
Good communication – both written and verbal
