Job Description:

Leading Building Consultancy seeks a talented Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their London office and deliver expert Building Surveying services to a diverse commercial client base. Collaborate on project management, client relations, team leadership, and innovative solutions while benefiting from professional development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering Building Surveying services
Conducting technical inspections and due diligence
Managing project delivery and advisory roles
Developing client relationships
Collaborating with colleagues to provide innovative solutions

Requirements:

Commercially aware with strong communication and negotiation skills
Methodical, diligent, and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, service-driven approach, comfortable in a client-facing role

Nice to have:

Preferred experience in Construction/Development Monitoring
Preferred experience in Reinstatement Cost Assessments
Preferred experience in Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters
