A dynamic and forward-thinking property consultancy is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their successful and welcoming team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to deliver high-quality consultancy services to a varied client base, working across the retail, industrial, office, and leisure sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-quality consultancy services to a varied client base
Provide a comprehensive range of services, including contract administration, project management, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments and planned preventative maintenance
Manage projects from inception through to completion
Take ownership of an exciting and diverse client portfolio

Requirements:

Ideally qualified with MRICS
A consultancy or private practice background
Well-rounded service line knowledge
Varied sector experience is beneficial
A confident and client-facing individual

Requirements

Experienced Building Surveyor with sound knowledge of building surveying principles
Insurance claims experience desirable
RICS qualification preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills
