Senior Building Surveyor

• Deliver high-quality consultancy services to a varied client base
• Provide a comprehensive range of services, including contract administration, project management, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments and planned preventative maintenance
• Manage projects from inception through to completion
• Take ownership of an exciting and diverse client portfolio

• Ideally qualified with MRICS
• A consultancy or private practice background
• Well-rounded service line knowledge
• Varied sector experience is beneficial
• A confident and client-facing individual
