Job Description:

A respected property and construction consultancy is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen their thriving Manchester team. The successful Senior Building Surveyor will play a pivotal role in delivering expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of a wide range of commercial properties. This varied and rewarding position offers exposure to a diverse workload, combining both project and professional services.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of a wide range of commercial properties
Contribute to areas such as condition reporting, acquisition surveys, party wall matters, defect diagnosis, and measured surveys

Requirements:

Varied sector experience is beneficial
Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
Management and business development experience is a bonus
Consultancy experience is preferred

Requirements

Experienced Building Surveyor with sound knowledge of building surveying principles
Insurance claims experience desirable
RICS qualification preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills
