Senior Building Surveyor – A multidisciplinary, public sector focused practice with generous benefits. A multidisciplinary, well-known consultancy in London seeking a ground-hitting Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team with a varied and strong pipeline of work with a range of interesting clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out the full range of building surveying services
  • Project management and contract admin duties
  • Work with public and private sector clients on education, housing and retail properties
  • Support team members at Graduate and Assistant level
  • Support APC progression

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A construction focused background
  • Commercially minded with business development ability
  • Good report writing and verbal communication

MRICS qualified
