Job Description:

Senior Building Surveyor – A multidisciplinary, public sector focused practice with generous benefits. A multidisciplinary, well-known consultancy in London seeking a ground-hitting Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team with a varied and strong pipeline of work with a range of interesting clients.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out the full range of building surveying services
Project management and contract admin duties
Work with public and private sector clients on education, housing and retail properties
Support team members at Graduate and Assistant level
Support APC progression

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A construction focused background
Commercially minded with business development ability
Good report writing and verbal communication

Nice to have:

MRICS qualified
