Job Description:

Senior Building Surveyor – A flexible environment working within the public sector! A progressive practice client of mine, who are situated in Kent, are now looking to on board an enthusiastic and driven Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying division. This is an opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing and innovative practice, with continuous training and growth routes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administration of contracts
  • Addressing dilapidation matters
  • Managing party wall issues
  • Conducting acquisition surveys
  • Work with a variety of client and property types across the residential, mixed use, regeneration and remediation sectors

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A construction focused background, with public sector experience
  • Well-rounded service line knowledge
