Job Description:

A progressive practice is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying division. Join a growing and innovative practice with training and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Administration of contracts
Addressing dilapidation matters
Managing party wall issues
Conducting acquisition surveys
Working with a variety of client and property types across the residential, mixed use, regeneration and remediation sectors

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree
A construction focused background, with public sector experience
Well-rounded service line knowledge

Nice to have:

MRICS qualified
