Job Description:

A progressive practice is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying division. Join a growing and innovative practice with training and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administration of contracts
  • Addressing dilapidation matters
  • Managing party wall issues
  • Conducting acquisition surveys
  • Working with a variety of client and property types across the residential, mixed use, regeneration and remediation sectors

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited degree
  • A construction focused background, with public sector experience
  • Well-rounded service line knowledge

MRICS qualified
