Job Description:

A leading Building Consultancy is seeking a talented Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their London office. The role involves working with a diverse client base across multiple commercial sectors, with opportunities for greater responsibility in project management, client relations, and team leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering core Building Surveying services
Technical inspections and due diligence
Project delivery and advisory roles
Taking ownership of client relationships
Collaborating with colleagues and senior leadership to develop innovative solutions
Dilapidations
Technical Due Diligence
Contract Administration
Planned Preventative Maintenance

Requirements:

MRICS-qualified (or equivalent) with a background in Building Surveying
Commercially aware with strong communication and negotiation skills
Methodical, diligent, and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, service-driven approach, comfortable in a client-facing role

Nice to have:

Experience in Construction/Development Monitoring
Experience in Reinstatement Cost Assessments
Experience in Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters
