Job Description:

A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team in central London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a varied, commercially focused portfolio of clients while benefiting from a structured and supported pathway for career progression within a dynamic and collaborative team.

Job Responsibility:

Providing a full range of Building Surveying services for commercial property projects
Offering expertise in defect diagnosis, CDM Regulations 2015, and Building Regulation legislation
Managing Party Wall matters and delivering detailed, high-quality reports
Collaborating with the team to drive growth and success
Mentoring junior staff and preparing for future leadership responsibilities

Requirements:

MRICS accreditation with a RICS-accredited degree
Strong background in commercial property projects and professional services
Excellent verbal communication, business development acumen, and report-writing abilities
Organised, client-focused, and eager to contribute to team growth and success
