Senior Building Surveyor

• Exercise powers and functions of the MBS under a formal instrument of delegation
• Prepare and issue building notices, orders, and directions, provide expert witness evidence at the Building Appeals Board (BAB) or in Court
• Conduct onsite inspections and investigations to determine compliance with Victorian building legislation and codes
• Advise on performance-based designs, alternative solutions, and complex legislative matters

• Registration as a Building Surveyor - Unlimited (BS-U) with the Victorian Building Authority
• Deep technical knowledge of the Building Act 1993, Building Regulations, and NCC
