Job Description:

A multidisciplinary, public sector focused consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team. This role involves carrying out building surveying services across various sectors and mentoring junior team members.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out the full range of building surveying services with an emphasis on project management and contract administration duties
  • working with a mix of public and private sector clients on education, housing, and retail properties
  • supporting development and APC progression for graduate and assistant team members

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited degree
  • a construction focused background
  • commercially minded with business development ability
  • good report writing and verbal communication
  • MRICS qualified (not essential)
