Job Description:

Senior Building Surveyor position with a forward-thinking property and construction consultancy, joining an established team to support diverse high-profile projects with primary focus on commercial property sector

Job Responsibility:

Handle professional services including pre-acquisition surveys, schedule of condition, dilapidations, planned maintenance, and party wall matters
Manage own portfolio
Build key client relationships
Contribute to strategic business development

Requirements:

MRICS qualification preferred
Solid experience in both professional services and project delivery
Consultancy background is ideal
