Job Description:

A public sector focused position with a traditional firm and flexible working. Opportunity to join a collaborative Chartered Surveying practice with a strong pipeline of work in the public sector. Offers true autonomy and a chance to grow professionally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver a range of services to social housing and public sector clients, including damp and mould inspections, party wall matters, contract administration and project management works
  • develop existing clients
  • drive new business
  • work closely with the team

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited degree
  • construction focused background within a private practice environment
  • commercial-minded and strong client management skills
