Job Description:

A public sector focused position with a traditional firm and flexible working. Opportunity to join a collaborative Chartered Surveying practice with a strong pipeline of work in the public sector. Offers true autonomy and a chance to grow professionally.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a range of services to social housing and public sector clients, including damp and mould inspections, party wall matters, contract administration and project management works
develop existing clients
drive new business
work closely with the team

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree
construction focused background within a private practice environment
commercial-minded and strong client management skills

MRICS qualified
