Job Description:

This is an opportunity for a self-sufficient Building Surveyor, who is hungry for progression and has key management skills or ability. The successful Building Surveyor will join a collaborative team and progress into partnership as part of a succession plan. They will focus on contract administration and specification writing for a variety of projects, mainly in the commercial property sector.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out a range of service lines
Focus on contract administration and specification writing
Work on a variety of projects, mainly within the commercial property space with clients such as the Royal Mail

Requirements:

MRICS qualified ideally (not essential)
RICS accredited degree
A construction consultancy background (essential)
Confident in contract administration and spec writing
Good communication – both written and verbal
