Job Description:

A well-established and growing Building Consultancy with a strong foothold in the commercial property sector, are keen to speak with a talented Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor who’s looking to take the next step in their career. Based in London, this opportunity offers the successful Surveyor the chance to work with a diverse range of high-profile clients, alongside a collaborative team of professionals, with a clear path for progression into leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of core Building Surveying services across the commercial sector, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration, and planned preventative maintenance
Develop leadership capabilities
Mentor junior colleagues
Take on greater responsibility within the team

Requirements:

MRICS-qualified (or equivalent)
Degree in Building Surveying or related field
Proven experience delivering a broad range of commercial consultancy services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Diligent, methodical, and organised in approach
Client-focused with a service-driven mindset
Experience mentoring junior team members (desirable)
