Job Description:

My client are an established, boutique practice, who are now seeking a well-seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to join their team of 8, in their state-of-the-art office, located perfectly in central London. This opportunity offers the right Senior Building Surveyor organic growth and clear progression, within a business that is innovation focused and celebrates new ideas, within a social team.

Job Responsibility:

Project management instructions such as fitout and refurbishment on projects up to £10m in value
Delivering professional instructions
Service clients across the commercial, retail, office and industrial sectors
Support in the development of junior surveyors, supporting their APC learning and driving success

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A commercial sector understanding
Consultancy or private practice background
Client facing, with strong written ability
