Job Description:

A design and construction-focused practice based in Southeast London is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to take on a technical leadership role, contributing to the success of a variety of education projects within a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead education-focused projects from start to finish
Provide technical guidance and oversight on all aspects of the project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal design and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Manage client relationships and maintain the highest standards of service
Drive project success while mentoring and supporting junior team members

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
RICS accredited degree (essential)
Proven background in construction consultancy
Experience in education projects is advantageous
Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in education projects
