Job Description:

A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy is seeking a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to join and enhance their Cambridge team. In this role, you’ll handle a range of professional services, manage your own portfolio, build key client relationships, and contribute to strategic business development.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a range of professional services including pre-acquisition surveys
Schedule of condition
Dilapidations
Planned maintenance
Party wall matters
Manage own portfolio
Build key client relationships
Contribute to strategic business development

Requirements:

MRICS qualification preferred
Solid experience in both professional services and project delivery
Consultancy background is ideal
