Job Description:

A multidisciplinary, well-known consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor. This role involves building surveying services with a focus on project management and contract administration for public and private sector clients in education, housing, and retail properties.

Job Responsibility:

carry out the full range of building surveying services
project management
contract admin duties
support team members' development and APC progression

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree
a construction focused background
commercially minded with business development ability
good report writing and verbal communication

MRICS qualified
