Job Description:

This opportunity is with one of the UK’s leading consultancies, in their central London office, where you’ll take on the role of a Senior Building Surveyor, delivering services to a plethora of clients.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a range of services, both professional and project, with a focus on delivering dilapidations
Work closely with APC level Surveyors, supporting their learning and progression
Drive forward business and build on client relationships

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
A consultancy background is essential
Experience in delivering professional instructions – Specifically dilapidations
Commercial awareness and client facing ability
