Job Description:

Senior Building Surveyor position with a forward-thinking multi-disciplinary firm, offering opportunity to make an impact in both advisory and project-driven roles with perfect balance of professional services and project management

Job Responsibility:

Acting as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager on a wide range of projects
Providing core services such as defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and reinstatement cost assessments
Managing complex projects ranging from £500K to £6m
Delivering client-focused solutions
Taking on role of contract administrator, lead consultant, or project manager

Requirements:

MRICS qualification with significant post-qualification experience
Strong understanding of JCT contracts
Proven track record in managing complex projects
Ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
Drive to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive team
