Job Description:

The role involves managing technical aspects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and education projects within a multidisciplinary consultancy. The successful candidate will engage closely with clients and contribute to the mentorship and development of junior staff. Job Responsibility:

Managing a variety of technical duties such as condition surveys, defect diagnosis, design, contract administration, and project management
Client-facing and stakeholder engagement
Mentoring junior team members
Contributing to the growth and development of the department

Requirements:

A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
Solid technical knowledge and experience across core Building Surveying duties
Experience managing multiple projects at one time
Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in CAD and other industry-relevant software
A proactive approach to CPD and mentoring junior staff
