Job Description:

An established and reputable building consultancy is seeking a motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing Central London team of 13 professionals. This role offers excellent opportunities for career development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied portfolio of professional and project instructions
Working with private clients on commercial and industrial property portfolios
Delivering high-quality Building Surveying services
Developing and maintaining key client relationships
Leading projects from inception to completion
Mentoring junior surveyors
Contributing to the team's overall success

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (preferred)
Proven experience in a consultancy environment
Expertise in commercial and industrial property projects
Strong leadership and client relationship skills
Ability to manage and mentor junior team members

Requirements

Experienced Building Surveyor with sound knowledge of building surveying principles
Insurance claims experience desirable
RICS qualification preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills

Full UK driver’s license and access to vehicle is essential
