Senior Building Surveyor – Join a Design and Specification-Focused Practice with Prestigious Clients. An interdisciplinary construction consultancy based in Southwest London is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team. As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead projects from inception to completion, managing an exciting and varied portfolio across retail, education, healthcare, and public sectors. With a strong focus on design and specification, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Design and specification of new structures and renovations
Preparing specifications, obtaining tenders, and managing contract documents
Overseeing contract administration
Leading building surveying projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations
Engaging with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (ideally RICS-accredited)
MRICS qualification or equivalent level of experience
Well-rounded knowledge of professional and project services
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage projects effectively
Public sector project experience would be advantageous
