Job Description:

A multidisciplinary, well-known consultancy, in London, are now seeking a ground-hitting Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team. This opportunity offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor a varied and strong pipeline of work with a range of interesting clients.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out the full range of building surveying services with an emphasis on project management and contract admin duties, to a mix of public and private sector clients, on education, housing and retail properties
Play a pivotal role with team members at Graduate and Assistant level, supporting their development and APC progression

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A construction focused background
Commericially minded with business development ability
Good report writing and verbal communication

MRICS qualified
