Job Description:

An Architectural practice with an established brand are seeking an individual to provide Building Regulation & Design Compliance advice to their varied portfolio of projects. This opportunity is remote and will provide ultimate flexibility so you can enjoy the work-life balance that you want, despite their remote approach they still have a social office presence. Due to the growth of the consultancy they are looking to hire multiple consultants, so if you are ambitious and/or still feel you have development to come and require support, please apply!

Job Responsibility:

Provide Building Regulation & Design Compliance advice to varied portfolio of projects
Consult on internal and external projects

Requirements:

4 years within either Building Control or Architecture (ARB)
Knowledge and understanding of how to apply BSA and Building Regulations
Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS / RIBA / MCIAT
