Job Description:

Looking for Building Manager for Commercial Property

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide a comprehensive Property Management service to ensure that all amenities are resourced and maintained to high class industry standard
  • Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service Specifications
  • Preparation of Property management budgets
  • Manage the budget efficiently and yield cost savings where possible without compromising quality of service
  • Maintain site accommodation and services, through contractors and direct labour, in most cost effective way
  • Ensures occupancy of site complies with statutory legislation
  • Ensure quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution
  • Proactive liaison with local and Haryana municipal authorities
  • Interviews, selection, hiring, supervising and reviewing qualified building operation and management staff
  • Manages critical relationships with client, occupants, and key vendors
  • Reviews all building financial data
  • Ensures that all client deliverables are submitted in a timely manner
  • Acts as the liaison to local community public interest groups
  • Manages vendor relationships
  • Ensures that entire staff maintains a critical eye on all aspects of building physical care
  • Fosters and maintains a “Occupant is our Guest” philosophy among the staff
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards
  • Assist with the management / Vendor for major internal and external works along with the relevant surveyor or relevant professional consultant
  • Liaise with local councils and government bodies and police to adhere to relevant regulations
  • Manage hard and soft copy data and e-mails and ensure all client files are updated
  • Deal with flat owners / tenants queries verbally and in written form
  • Manage on-site staff and associated relevant employment issues
  • Carry out regular site visits to ensure all buildings are in good order
  • Circulate information to occupants concerning management issues
  • Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and that General and Fire risk assessment recommendations are implemented across the team
  • Review and agree all circular & client correspondence including newsletters ensuring that communication is regular
  • Quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues
  • Facilitate learning and development for all the team members of the department

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / B.E / Diploma (Electrical Engineering)
  • 8+ Years of experience
