Senior Building Inspector

Take the lead on mandatory inspections for high-profile, diverse developments including high-rise apartments, advanced data centres, defence infrastructure, factories, and major storage facilities

• Must hold Building Inspector – Unlimited (IN-U) registration, or be an established Senior Inspector with a clear, imminent pathway to achieving it
• Extensive track record conducting mandatory construction inspections for complex, large-scale commercial developments (BCA Class 2–9) within Australia
• Strong technical acumen, an authoritative understanding of the NCC/BCA, and the mentorship skills required to guide junior inspectors and manage key builder relationships
