Job Description:

A privately owned, Registered Building Control Approved Inspector is seeking a Registered Building Control Inspector to join their fast growing team. They have strong client relationships and will be able to offer a varied portfolio. They also provide consultancy services which will offer a varied day to day, whilst you work within a team of experienced Building Control Surveyors. Due to their commercial success this is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team, whilst reaping the benefits from the exposure you will receive to large projects within their portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensures that construction projects comply with building regulations and safety standards
  • Review plans
  • Carry out site inspections
  • Provide guidance to make sure structures are safe, accessible

Requirements:

  • Registered Building Inspector to Class 2A competency minimum
  • 4 years of experience within the industry
  • Chartered membership with CABE (MCABE) will be advantageous
