Job Description:

A multidisciplinary consultancy with an established presence is seeking a knowledgeable Building Control Consultant to join their growing Building Safety Act (BSA) Principal Design service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of complex and high-profile projects with some of their most prestigious clients.

Job Responsibility:

Provide Building Regulation advice
Work across a variety of complex and high-profile projects
Drive the Building Safety Act (BSA) Principal Design service forward

Requirements:

3+ years within a Building Control
Knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022
Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS / RIBA / MCIAT
