Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Brokerage Relationship Manager to join our Independent Advisor Group as part of Wealth & Investment Management. This role involves managing client relationships, leading advisor transitions, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the successful transition of internal and external advisors and teams into the Financial Network (FiNet) channel
  • Manage client relationships and participate in initiatives regarding servicing, support and growth
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Maintain and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments that involve research, evaluation, and service
  • Exercise independent judgment to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships and meet regularly with senior leaders to communicate trends and workable solutions
  • Provide recommendations to determine operational needs and exercise independent judgment to manage relationships
  • Communicate trends and recommend solutions
  • Manage, support and resolve issues to ensure retention, growth and satisfaction
  • Manage projects, troubleshoots issues and follow up on operational, technical or client transition issues
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Business Relationship experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Knowledge and understanding of multi-channel platform
  • Knowledge and understanding of the independent advisor space
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
