Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the insurance portfolio through broker channel
  • Lead onboarding of new partnerships with Middle East broker partners and maintain strong relationships with the broker partners
  • Collaborate with broker partners to develop and execute joint business initiatives
  • Establish the sales process and operating model by working closely with internal stakeholders to support Middle East business to optimize the application conversion
  • Be the key supporting role for sales consultants of Middle East broker partners on daily basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Solid experience and understanding in life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements, preferably in Broker channel business
  • Solid experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the insurance industry
  • Insurance related license is required, including completion of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1,2,3 and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and developing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
