Senior Bridge Engineer

Our Bridge group works on a wide range of projects including bridge and retaining walls, dams, storm and traffic structures, inspections, rehabilitations, load ratings, and assisting with construction engineering services. We facilitate designs on transportation projects that include grade separations, interchanges, and stream crossings for public and private clients throughout the Midwest. As a Senior Engineer, you will spearhead technical excellence, serving as the lead engineer and trusted advisor on intricate projects. Your responsibilities will extend to providing high-level technical design, overseeing quality assurance/control, and managing projects with a keen eye on scope, schedule, and budget. You will not only review contracts and champion efficiency in producing top-notch work but will also curate technical resources, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. There will also be opportunity to provide guidance to less experienced staff, contribute to team building, and engage in client relations.
