Job Responsibility:
Participate in product and outsourcing projects for Japanese clients in diverse fields including logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop detailed project plans to track progress
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Report and escalate issues to management as needed
Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Performs any other related task as required
Requirements:
Strong understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies
Excellent Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or higher)
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High cultural sensitivity and adaptability to Japanese business practices
