Job Description:

Reporting to the head of Brand Activation, this individual contributor role will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Marketing and Business leaders across the Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI) and Technology, and B2B line of business teams including Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking and Global Payments & Liquidity. The position plays a key role in bringing the Wells Fargo primary brand strategy to life by integrating it into business initiatives and customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Championing the primary brand strategy to foster differentiation and relevance through a consistent and unified brand experience across the enterprise
  • Drive brand cohesion and customer clarity through the development of architecture and naming systems, customer value propositions, positioning, and messaging strategies
  • Partner with lines of business and enterprise support functions to integrate the enterprise brand strategy into key business initiatives
  • Monitor performance metrics to gain a comprehensive understanding of how brand strategy impacts overall business performance
  • Leverage brand measurement methodologies to inform strategic decision-making across products, services, and customer experiences

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience applying visual and verbal identity standards across all customer touch points
  • Experience translating brand strategy into actionable business and customer strategies
  • Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers
  • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
  • Experience managing a marketing governance program for an enterprise or Line of Business
  • Experience leveraging digital tools to maintain uniform messaging across all touch points
