By ensuring channel-specific execution, you optimise performance across the entire marketing funnel and the digital customer journey. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

  • Set clear campaign and channel goals, continuously analyse campaign KPIs to derive implications for channel mix, refining the campaign approach to improve ROI and customer engagement
  • Act as the central hub between Creative, Brand, Organic Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Commercial teams to resolve bottlenecks, make high-stakes decisions, and innovate internal workflows
  • Drive the evolution of our campaign framework by performing market benchmarking and testing new campaign approaches, as well as iterate on existing concepts to build best-in-class campaigns

Requirements

  • A background in managing high-budget, multi-channel campaigns from initial strategic brief through creative production, go-live, and post-mortem analysis
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth (e-commerce) environment with an understanding of the digital customer journey
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel, with the ability to architect and optimise campaigns that effectively drive high-conversion results
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and drive clarity across diverse teams
  • Proactive problem-solving approach to navigating the complexities of end-to-end project management in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to analyse KPIs and translate data into actionable insights for assortment selection and campaign optimisation

What we offer

  • A high-performance culture built on trust, feedback and collaboration
  • An inspiring, international environment that empowers you to think big, take ownership, and grow beyond your comfort zone
  • A flexible hybrid setup with 3 office days per week
  • Work-from-anywhere opportunities for up to 4 weeks per year
  • 30 days of paid holiday
  • A beautiful, centrally located, dog-friendly office with inspiring spaces, a sunny terrace, and good food
