Requirements:
Proven experience in FMCG brand management (food, drink, or consumer goods essential)
Strong track record of delivering brand growth within complex portfolios
Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complexity
Experience across full marketing mix and NPD delivery
Strong understanding of consumer insight, category dynamics and market trends
Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term delivery
