Job Responsibility:
Developing brand plans and refining positioning, tone of voice, and messaging to ensure resonance with target audiences
Driving awareness through digital-first strategies—including social, influencers, and eCommerce—using consumer insights to optimize ROI
Preparing the brand for retail growth, managing packaging, pricing, and launch plans for grocery and convenience channels
Leading the innovation pipeline for emerging brands and managing external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
Requirements:
3+ years of brand management experience, ideally within FMCG and startup/SME environments
A proven history of building or scaling brands digitally and driving measurable consumer engagement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer insights into compelling strategies
Experience launching products into retail and eCommerce channels with a solid understanding of retail dynamics
