Our client is a FMCG distributor specialising in the sales and marketing of premium food, beverage, and lifestyle brands. They are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to drive brand growth, commercial performance, and strategic alignment across their portfolio. This role is responsible for owning brand strategy, supplier relationships, and end‑to‑end marketing execution, while ensuring strong alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. It requires a commercially driven brand leader with the ability to balance creativity, analytical decision‑making, and stakeholder management to deliver impactful results.
Job Responsibility
Lead brand communication and build strong relationships with international brand principals, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboration
Develop and manage annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) to drive commercial and brand objectives
Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, in-store activations, visibility programs, and promotional initiatives
Oversee digital campaigns, influencer activations, and content management to strengthen brand presence
Coordinate participation in trade shows and industry events to maximize exposure
Align closely with Procurement to set purchase targets and manage inventory health and stock levels
Partner with Sales teams to drive sell-out strategies, execution excellence, and market penetration
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of plans
Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI through structured reporting and analysis
Track competitor activity and propose initiatives to drive growth and differentiation
Act as the key brand custodian, ensuring brand integrity, positioning, and consistency across all touchpoints
Requirements
Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG manufacturing industry in KSA
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing both marketing and sales alignment
Experience working with international brand principals and managing supplier relationships
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and trade activations
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, ROI analysis, and reporting
Experience managing inventory, stock health, and demand alignment
Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain functions
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
