Job Responsibility:
Developing and executing strategic brand plans to achieve ambitious growth targets
Leading new product launches and seasonal campaigns to maximise sales and distribution
Managing packaging and design projects for both core and seasonal ranges
Creating and executing creative communications plans within budget and reporting on ROI
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, and external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of brand initiatives
Monitoring brand performance and taking proactive actions to capitalise on opportunities
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in brand management within FMCG
Experience in new product development and managing packaging design projects from brief to final artwork
Strong creative flair and a passion for brands and consumers
Excellent knowledge of PR, social media
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
