The Senior Brand Manager will lead brand growth for Pure Protein, owning end-to-end brand strategy and execution across innovation commercialization, brand equity campaign development, and sales enablement. This role will serve as a general manager for the brand, developing brand vision and operating plans, stewarding the P&L, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute the Pure Protein brand strategy and annual operating plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability
Own the P&L, managing budgets and ensuring investments deliver strong returns
Optimize the product portfolio, including assortment, pricing, and merchandising
Lead new product development and commercialization from concept through launch
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful in-market execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and in-person channels
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
Partner with Sales and Customer teams to support retailers and drive product performance
Develop tools and materials that help convert consumers and grow distribution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
MBA a plus
5–7+ years of experience in brand management or brand marketing within CPG, food, or wellness categories
Proven experience owning brand strategy, commercialization, and integrated marketing campaigns
Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales teams and retail execution
Experience managing budgets and P&Ls with disciplined financial stewardship
Fluency in syndicated data tools such as IRI or Nielsen
Strong understanding of product development, launch processes, and brand building fundamentals
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

Highly collaborative, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
