The Sr. Brand Manager, Nordics will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of local brand strategy and tactics across the Nordics region for our breast cancer test.
Job Responsibility:
Development of local brand strategy, and lead identified key tactical initiatives and materials from design to implementation (e.g. brand promotional materials, messages and claims, media materials, effective channel selection, digital and online programs and materials)
Support a strategic marketing mindset through championing our brand, sharing best practice, supporting consistency of implementation and demonstrating clarity of our Marketing strategy
Tactical implementation - Work in close collaboration with commercial and medical teams to ensure tactics are relevant and in line with brand strategy
Materials Approval - Ensure all materials and activities are compliant, timely and high quality, collaborating with medical and compliance teams and using approval systems effectively.
Monitor implementation of tactical plan, reporting progress to Director, International Marketing
Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
Ability to travel 40%+ of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years’ marketing experience within the healthcare sector
Experience of: Brand planning cycles within pharmaceutical or medical device businesses
Collaborating with commercial field teams and cross-functional therapy area teams
Working with and building relationships with HCPs and other external stakeholders
Working knowledge of relevant codes of practice
Knowledge of market structure and landscape within the Nordics region.
Experience in working with creative agencies and other external partners to support business goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Strong team working skills within a matrix organisation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple timelines.
Strong attention to detail, quality-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
