This opportunity is strictly confidential and offers the chance to shape strategy, influence commercial performance, and drive long-term brand success within a fast-paced environment. The Opportunity This role will take ownership of developing, delivering, and evaluating commercial plans that accelerate sustainable brand growth across both annual and longer-term horizons. Working cross-functionally, you will play a central role in translating insight into action, driving performance, and identifying opportunities to strengthen market position. You will be responsible for: Analysing portfolio, channel, and category performance to identify opportunities and risks Building effective positioning and communications strategies Developing pricing and promotional strategies aligned to commercial objectives Monitoring competitor activity and translating market insights into actionable recommendations Supporting innovation and NPD pipeline development where applicable Leveraging data, learnings, and consumer insights to optimise performance Managing brand P&L performance and evaluating key commercial growth levers Developing and implementing annual marketing activity calendars Tracking and managing performance against agreed KPI’s Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery against strategic plans About You We are looking for an ambitious and commercially astute individual who combines analytical capability with strong strategic thinking. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and influencing across multiple functions. You will likely bring: Experience within a commercial, brand, category, or marketing role Strong analytical and financial understanding, including P&L exposure Experience developing growth strategies and commercial plans Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A data-led mindset with the ability to turn insight into action A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach
