We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing execution, and commercial performance for a portfolio of health supplement products. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping brand equity, launching innovations, and driving sustainable growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead brand planning and execution across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels
  • Manage NPD and portfolio innovation, including launch strategies and go-to-market execution
  • Develop strong brand positioning based on consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis
  • Monitor brand performance, generate business reviews, and recommend growth strategies
  • Oversee A&P budget allocation and track effectiveness of brand campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, trade marketing, supply chain) to align on key initiatives
  • Lead external agency relationships and ensure high-quality creative and media outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
  • 6-8 years of brand management experience in FMCG or health supplement category
