Job Description

The Senior Brand Manager is accountable for the full product lifecycle - from strategic definition to flawless tactical execution. This includes leading the creation and deployment of promotional assets (digital and non-digital), orchestrating congresses and events, designing sales force training initiatives, and managing all related budgets with precision and financial discipline.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner closely with the Marketing Head to design and execute robust commercial and promotional strategies aimed at accelerating market share growth and enhancing corporate and product visibility
  • Localize and optimize global marketing campaigns in collaboration with International Marketing to reflect Mexico’s market dynamics and customer needs
  • Develop innovative marketing materials that elevate product differentiation and customer engagement
  • Define and implement launch and relaunch strategies for Theramex products, ensuring strong readiness and alignment across global and local teams
  • Monitor competitive activity and proactively adapt brand strategies to maintain a differentiated and compelling market position
  • Represent Mexico in international PM meetings, WebEx sessions, and strategic teleconferences

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with Women’s Health products is considered a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated professional experience within the Mexican pharmaceutical market
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Business Administration, Marketing)
  • Strong verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Field sales experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the working time
