We are looking for a driven, proactive, creative, and organized Senior Brand Manager who will be responsible for leading the activation of our brand strategy in Malaysia across consumer-facing channels. Using breakthrough thinking, consumer, brand and customer understanding to create a clear and ambitious growth vision and strategy for the assigned portfolio. You will be part of the local marketing team working across a range of varied and exciting brand projects, from our big bang national advertising campaigns to building a standout brand experience across direct-to-consumer channels.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and monitor business performance of beauty skin cleansing brands (Dove, Lux, Vaseline) end to end P&L, brand health, consumer and retail data analysis
Lead overall brand campaigns and innovations in drive business growth
Lead external agencies in creating new campaigns and activations and deployment mixes and campaigns
Brand plan & A&P budget management
Lead on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity
Lead the development of local marketing mix (Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place and Promotion)
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process from activity and demand planning to sales monitoring and analysis
Responsible for launch and network management (innovation, relaunch product, market development and saving project), building launch plans, customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues and managing brand budget
Builds productive working relationship with cross functionals: sales team, trade marketing team, CMI, regional category team, finance, and supply chain to manage brand’s day to day operations, and external partners and agencies
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in brand/product management/marketing (FMCG)
Experience in Beauty & Personal Care category is a plus
Knowledge on communication development, and media planning process, public relations, and e-commerce
Good with numbers (sales analysis, knowledge of P&L, budgeting) and has experience in strategy development
Experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders – both internal and external partners
Experience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agencies
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience in Beauty & Personal Care category is a plus
