Job Description:

The role is for the position of Assistant Brand Manager/Senior Brand Exec on Surf Core.

Requirements:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of regional markets, consumers, leading communication within the Detergent Market of India
  • Independently analyze internal and external data to identify cluster x pack x channel level issues / opportunities and action them
  • Work with media teams and other stakeholders to deploy effective media mix across traditional and new-age media platforms
  • Brief and create communication strategies for Statics x Creatives (in conjunction with CMI & Creative Agencies)
  • Liaise with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Procurement to lead end-to-end networks involving pricing changes, SKU launches, pack and product changes
  • Proficient in Nielsen, IMRB, and Chanakya
  • comfortable working with large datasets
  • Network management & Ability to manage and influence cross functional teams
