Job Description:

As a Senior Brand Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of a leading beverage portfolio. Supporting the Brand Manager, you will help deliver consumer-centric marketing strategies. This position requires strong execution capabilities, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the smooth implementation of campaigns, activations, and product initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure the timely rollout of marketing activities
  • Manage in-store marketing tools, including POSMs, product displays, and promotions
  • Track brand performance using sales data, competitor analysis, and consumer insights
  • Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches, packaging updates, and product relaunches
  • Monitor A&P budget allocations and track expenditures to ensure cost efficiency
  • Prepare post-mortem reports for campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with sales and trade marketing teams to align on-channel strategy and promotions
  • Act as a liaison with external agencies to ensure high-quality creative and P.R. outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within the food or beverage categories
  • Proven experience managing agency partners and executing 360° campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for brand building
