Job Responsibility
Own and evolve the visual identity of one of Fever's key partners across all marketing channels
Conceptualize and design high-impact creative campaigns and brand assets aligned with marketing objectives
Create compelling visual content across paid media, organic social, CRM, OOH, web, editorial, presentations, and on-site experiences
Develop motion graphics, animations, and audiovisual assets that strengthen brand storytelling
Edit and produce premium video content for digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
Work with both original and stock footage to create engaging content
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into creative processes to increase efficiency while maintaining creative excellence
Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Marketing teams, and external partners throughout the creative process
Present creative concepts and effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders
Ensure brand consistency and maintain the highest quality standards across every deliverable
Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print environments
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure flawless execution of creative assets
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives
Continuously research design trends, emerging content formats, and AI-powered creative tools to improve workflows and creative output
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in branding, creative agencies, or high-end design studios
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, campaign development, digital design, editorial, and visual storytelling
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, and Canva
Proven experience using AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Krea, Gemini, Firefly, or similar within professional design workflows
Proven ability to lead creative projects from concept through final delivery
Strong understanding of branding systems, typography, layout, composition, and digital design principles
Experience designing for social-first and digital marketing campaigns
Knowledge of print production, digital asset preparation, and artwork finalization
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Fluent English
Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
Nice to have
Experience in motion design or 3D workflows
Video production or creative direction experience
Experience working with international brands or global marketing campaigns
Knowledge of creative operations, workflow optimization, and automation
Experience collaborating with photographers, production teams, and content creators
Familiarity with performance marketing creative and Meta best practices
Solid understanding of key marketing metrics across both online and traditional channels
