This role will support a high-impact brand design group responsible for developing bar-raising, customer-centric creative experiences seen by millions of users worldwide. The Senior Brand Designer will collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, writers, producers, and marketing stakeholders to concept and execute exceptional brand experiences. This role requires a hands-on creative who can move quickly, respond thoughtfully to briefs, and deliver design systems that elevate the brand across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is comfortable working in ambiguity, navigating complex global brand requirements, and presenting compelling creative solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the development and evolution of brand systems, guidelines, and cross-channel experiences, ensuring consistency, innovation, and customer-first design across every touchpoint
Concept, design, and execute high-quality brand experiences across digital, interactive, and print channels
Develop and maintain brand identity systems, visual guidelines, and scalable design frameworks
Produce systematic design solutions that work across web, mobile, product UI/UX, and integrated marketing campaigns
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to deliver cohesive and impactful creative
Translate creative briefs into fresh concepts, strategic design systems, and production-ready assets
Present work clearly and professionally, articulating rationale and design thinking to stakeholders
Work independently and navigate ambiguity with a strong bias for action, ownership, and organization
Apply deep knowledge of typography, layout, grid systems, and accessibility to all deliverables
Create prototypes, interactive experiences, and motion-informed design elements when needed
Requirements:
6+ years of design industry experience within an agency or in-house creative team
Proven experience creating or evolving brand identities, visual systems, and guidelines
Strong portfolio demonstrating systematic brand development across multiple touchpoints
Experience designing product, UI, or UX experiences as the primary designer
Familiarity with narrative storytelling, interactive experiences, front-end interface design, and prototyping
Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines and organizational layers
Understanding of motion principles and how they inform digital design
